Information in your medical record — including anything you share during a consultation or treatment — is protected under federal law (HIPAA) and handled according to our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is available from our office on request.

Please do not send medical details through the website contact form. To discuss your health or a treatment, call us at (561) 683-8000 or speak with our team in person.

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message. The form emails your message to our team so we can reply. It is not used for any other purpose and is not stored on this website.

If you chat or text with us through the chat window on this site, that conversation is handled by our patient communication provider, Podium, and becomes part of our communication records with you.

• Site analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see, in aggregate, which pages are visited, the referring website, and general device and country information. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
• Advertising measurement. We use Google tags (including Google Ads, and Google Analytics where enabled) to understand which advertising leads people to our site and whether they call or contact us. Google may set cookies for this purpose. You can manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
• Security. To block spam and automated abuse of our contact form, we use bot detection (Vercel BotID) that checks technical signals from your browser when you submit it.
• Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) briefly records technical information such as IP address and browser type to operate and secure the site.
